Art Therapy Workshop Calendar 2025

THE GARDEN OF PERSPECTIVE (7-12 YEARS)
One question - many worlds. In this workshop, children will each respond to one brief. What emerges is not sameness, but a constellation of difference. Each child’s drawing becomes a mirror of their inner world — shaped by memory, imagination, and their own perspective of the world. This workshop is an exploration of perspective — not only the artistic kind, but the human kind. Through black-and-white line drawing, students will discover how the same world holds countless realities, each equally valid and alive. Placed side by side, The Garden of Perspective explores how many truths can exist at once, how difference deepens beauty and how compassion begins when we learn to see through the eyes of another.
Workshop Outcomes:
- Develop line drawing and perspective drawing
skills to represent viewpoints visually. - Strengthen the ability to communicate abstract ideas (like perspective and emotion) through simple visual elements.
- Encourage self-reflection and self-expression through the exploration of a powerful personal question.
- Foster empathy and understanding by viewing and valuing the diverse ways others perceive the world.
