Forgiveness is often misunderstood as a gift we give to those who have wronged us. In truth, forgiveness is a powerful act of self-liberation. When we hold onto resentment, anger, or pain, we remain trapped in the past, blocking our growth and damaging our emotional and physical well-being. Forgiveness is not about condoning the actions of others—it’s about freeing ourselves from their hold, creating space for peace, and cultivating self-love.
This deeply transformative workshop is designed to help you explore the nature of forgiveness and its role in your journey toward self-acceptance and inner harmony. By understanding how holding on to grievances keeps you stuck, you will learn to release the weight of the past and reconnect with your innate capacity for love, joy, and wholeness.
Through guided creative exercises, reflective journaling, breathwork, and meditative practices, this workshop will help you:
