RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

EXISTING PRINTS

Due to the high quality of the printing method, artworks are only printed once purchased. Therefore, please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns for a ‘change of mind’. Once the order is processed, all items are a final sale.                                     

DAMAGED ARTWORKS

If you notice any serious damage on the outside of the package or damage upon unpacking your artwork, please take photos of your artwork and the condition of the artwork immediately after it has been retrieved from the packaging. Lodge your return by contacting us at hello@jananipeiris.com  within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. Replacements will not be processed unless there is proof of a damaged or defected artwork. If we find that the artwork was damaged in transit, we will endeavour to replace the artwork.

To avoid accidentally damaging your artwork when flattening and framing, we recommend using a trusted professional framer or art handler. Please visit our “Care” (LINK) section on the website for details on how to care properly for your artwork. 

CUSTOM ARTWORKS 

Cancellations for custom orders can take place up to Step 3 (as outlined in your custom contract). However your deposit to book in the commissioned artwork is not refundable. If you cancel your order after Step 3 the full payment for the artwork will be due within 7 days of your cancellation. 

Custom artworks follow the same return policy for damaged artworks. Custom artworks cannot be returned for a ‘change of mind’.
